Baptize

Baptize in the name of Yahuah, Yahusha & the Ruah Hakodesh

Matthew 28:18
Baptize them in the name of Yahuah, Yahusha and of the Ruah Ha’Kodesh

Why baptize?
• And Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized in the name of Yahusha for the remission of your sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Ruah Hakodesh (Acts 2:38)
• Immersion, which corresponds to this, saves you now, not as a removal of filth from the body, but as an appeal to Yahuah for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Yahusha (1 Peter 3:21)

Who can baptize and be saved?
• 13 For we were all baptized by one Ruah into one body—whether Yahudim or Gentile, slave or free—and we were ALL given to drink of the one Ruah.
(1 Corinthians 12:13)

Immersion of water and Ruah Hakodesh
• 5 Yahusha answered, Verily I say unto you, No one can enter the kingdom of Yahuah unless they are born of water AND the Ruah Hakodesh (John 3:5)
•When we want to baptize as Natsarim, it is through love for Yahuah. By obeying you show love and not the other way around. Yahuah wants the best for us and has given His commandments to protect us, so that we may ultimately receive eternal life despite “sin” in our lives. By baptizing you make a covenant and get to know Yahuah better, after all you give yourself to the creator with all your trust in Him. In this way Yahuah can bless you and there is room to grow in the presence of His power, strength and love. If you want to get to know Him better, then baptism is a step towards a strong(er) covenant. Death / sin is a ravine in our lives, Yahusha is the bridge to Yahuah.

Reasons to baptize
•1. because Yahusha let himself be baptized by John; “Then Yahuah opened the heavens and gave Him His Ruah, that He might begin His work” (Matthew 3:13-17). We read here that Yahusha was baptized as an example, after the baptism Yahuah gave His Ruah (His breath/wind) to Yahusha. First do (obey), then receive (reward – eternal life), then keep (covenant – together with Yahuah – after baptism you will have a “connection” with the Ruah Ha’Kodesh and your covenant with Yahuah will become stronger, as you get to know Him better by studying His word and actually following His will.
•2. because Yahusha himself has commanded His apostles to go into the world and make all nations His disciples (=students) by baptizing people in the Name of Yahuah, Yahusha and of the Ruah Ha’kodesh (Holy wind, Holy breath of Yahuah) and teaching them to keep all that He had commanded them (Matthew 28:19).
•Here too we read that it is a “commission”, however it is entirely “voluntary”, it is a step that you can take yourself, there is NO coercion.
•3. because the scriptures show that the covenant of grace, faith, rebirth, conversion and incorporation into the Natsarim community is strongly associated with baptism. There is no growth in faith possible if the meaning of baptism is not known and experienced. You wash away your sin, your ignorance and may/can continue with Yahuah & Yahusha. The Ruah Ha ‘Kodesh will help you with that and that is what it is all about! On your own it will be much more difficult, with the connection with the Ruah Ha’Kodesh it will be much more powerful. The name “Holy spirit” is too weak a meaning for the Ruah (Breath/Wind) of Yahuah and is a mistranslation of the true meaning of the Ruah Ha’Kodesh. You can say that the word “spirit” does not do justice to the true meaning of Ruah Ha’Kodesh and that is exactly what the father of lies, Shatan wants. After all, Shatan wants to be like Yahuah and deceives everyone by changing the original names, words of deep meaning, the greatest corruption is changing the name of Yahuah into the name god also described as g-d or gad, the real name of Shatan.

Summary / Explanation
•First, we must be baptized if we want to be saved. Mark 16:16 and 1 Peter 3:21.
•Second, we must be baptized to have our sins forgiven. Acts 2:38.
•Third, we must be baptized if we believe "in Yahusha," which means we want to be Natsarim by obeying. Galatians 3:27.
•Finally, we must be baptized if we want to be part of the body (part) of Yahusha, His church, Ephesians 1:22-23 and 1 Corinthians 12:13.

Baptism in the name of Yahuah:
1.If you, like Yahuah himself, see the importance of His name
2.Want to obey Yahuah and Yahusha
3.Want to be blessed and grow further by making a covenant and learning true love
4.Want to receive Eternal life from His grace

But argument vs the word of Yahuah
•But I have already been baptized with the false names, why should I be baptized again with the original names?
•The importance of baptism with the original names is that you are aware of the deception of Shatan and give all praise and honor to Yahuah and Yahusha. They say that it is a blessing if you are ignorant or blessed are the ignorant or what you do not know will not hurt you. Ultimately it is your own choice and the most important thing is that you “believe” with all your heart, mind and soul.
•What does Yahusha say about ignorance? In John 9:39-41 we read; "For judgment I came into this world, that those who do not see might see, and those who see might be made blind." Some of the Pharisees who were near him heard these things and said to him, "Are we blind too?" Yahusha said to them, "If you were blind, you would not feel guilty; But now that you say, 'We see,' your guilt remains.

1. If you did not know, you would not feel guilty (but this does not mean that you were right - after all, you did not know that it was "wrong", you were deceived.
2. Now that you know, it is up to you to make it "right". You can also see it as a blessing that you now DO know the truth about the real names.

The Importance of Knowing
•In 1 Corinthians 2:7-3:7 we read the importance of “knowing”
•But we give a secret and hidden wisdom of Yahuah, which Yahuah has commanded before the ages for our glory. None of the rulers of this age understood this, for if they had, they would not have nailed the Mashiak of glory to the stake. But as it is written: "What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what Yahuah has prepared for those who love him" – these things Yahuah has revealed to us through HIS Ruah. For the Ruah searches everything, even the depths of Yahuah. For who knows a person's thoughts except the Ruah of that person, which is in him? So no one understands the thoughts of Ruah, except the Ruah of Yahuah....
•The “truth”, the “real” names are a revelation. That which you did not know before, you now know. Holy is His name and thankful we should be now that we know His real name! IT IS SO A GREAT HONOR TO KNOW HIS NAME CONSCIOUSLY!!! GRACE! PRAISE THE NAME OF YAHUAH!
•A well-known statement, John 9:25 gets a much more powerful meaning with the above!
•He therefore answered, "I do not know whether he is a sinner. One thing I know, that whereas I was blind, now I see."

When are you ready to baptize?
•Acts 22:15 And because you will be His witness to all of what you have seen and heard. 16 And now why do you delay? Arise, be immersed and wash away your sins, calling on the name of Yahuah.
•Here we read that there is no reason to wait if you want to be a witness of Yahuah and obey Him. In other words, why wait if you want to belong to Yahuah and Yahusha? After all, every day can be your last day!
•Acts 8:36-37 makes it even clearer; 36 And they were passing by some water. The Ethiopian said, “Look, here is water. What is wrong with me baptizing?” 37 Philip answered, “If you believe in Yahusha with all your heart, there is nothing wrong with you.” He said, “I believe that Yahusha is the Son of Yahuah.”
•So you are ready to baptize if you believe that Yahusha is the Son of Yahuah!
•By baptizing you receive eternal life, your eternal covenant with Yahuah begins, and you receive the Ruah Ha’Kodesh. The covenant is maintained and preserved by learning and doing Yahuah’s commandments.

How do we baptize according to the word of Yahuah?
•Most people know Baptist baptism as being immersed backwards in the water by 2 people, often with their noses pinched. This is often accompanied by fear and the focus on not “drowning” in the water. However, we do not read anywhere in the scriptures that this is the way of baptism. What we read is the following;

•Matt 3:16 And when he was immersed, immediately Yahusha went up out of the water, and behold, the shamayim were opened, and He saw the Ruach of Alahim/Elohim descending like a dove and coming to Him,
1.We do not read anywhere that John physically pushed Yahusha into the water
2.We do not read anywhere that Yahusha was helped to come up again from the water

•What we do read is that after the immersion Yahusha HIMSELF immediately came up out of the water. John accompanied Yahusha, but it was Yahusha HIMSELF who came out of the water and immediately, that is, “quickly” under his own power; therefore, being baptized backwards and pulled out of the water by someone else is very unlikely. Coming out of the water “immediately” from a lying position is unlikely, coming out of the water “immediately” from a crouching position or kneeling in the water makes much more sense and is a much “safer” way of baptizing.

Explanation:
"immediately came up out of the water" (Greek: anebē apo tou hydatos) literally means:
➤ "He Climbed Up Out of the Water Himself"
➤ Verb anabainō (ἀναβαίνω) = to ascend, to rise (independent, active)

Aramaic text (Syriac): atief 스톡 콘텐츠의 ܘܐܬܬ ܥܠܘܗܝ

Transliteration: Kad ‘amed dīn Yeshua, meḥda selaq men mayya; w’ethpetaḥu leh shmaya; w’ḥaza ruḥa d’Alaha denaḥta ayk yona w’ettet ‘alawh.
English translation: When Yeshua was baptized, immediately He went up from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of Elohim descending like a dove and lighting on Him.

Modern Hebrew: ויהי כאשר נטבל ישוע וימהר לעלות מן המים והנה נפתחו לו השמים
Transliteration: Vayehi ka'asher nitbal Yeshua, vayemaher la'alot min hamayim; vehineh nift’chu lo hashamayim, vayar et ruach Elohim yoredet kayonah, vanachah alav.

Self-Standing
In head-down baptism (as in the old-fashioned Hebrew mikvah or natural river), one can easily stand up by oneself.

Basic Position
In a forward-bent position, it is more natural to “climb” out of the water as the Greek verb implies.

Unassisted
Backward baptism often requires physical assistance from another to pull one back up. But with Yahusha, no assistance is mentioned, only that He “stood up by Himself.”

Image of Surrender
Diving head-down often symbolizes humility and surrender—befitting the Messiah.

Mikvah Tradition
In ancient Israel, one immersed oneself in living water, often in a forward-bent position, as in the mikvah.

Where does backward baptism come from today?
•Backward baptism is strangely enough derived from Romans 6:4 “That baptism into Him was our burial”. “And just as Yahusha was made alive again by the glorious power of the Father, so we also may now live a whole new life”.
•People say that baptism is like a burial and this is included in the way of baptism, which therefore unnecessarily arouses fear in many people and is completely unnecessary to achieve the goal of baptism. In short, backward baptism was invented by Christians 4 centuries later and adds nothing positive to the actual goal of baptism.

After baptism
•Matthew 28:18 Yahusha came near and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of Yahuah, Yahusha and of the Ruah Ha’Kodesh. Teach them to always do what I have said to you. 20 And do not forget this: I am with you always, to the end of the age.’

•After the immersion, you as Natsarim can and may expect an immersion with the Ruah Ha’Kodesh, or a circumcision in your heart with the Ruah Ha’kodesh.
•In this way you will receive the power and love of Yahuah and understand His word better. Then it is up to you to respond to His call to testify, to love your neighbor!
Yahshua said;
• 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Ruah Hakodesh, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
•The Natsarim were the first followers of Yahusha, the son of our creator Yahuah who was imprisoned and died for our sins. They used the real names Yahuah, Yahusha and the Ruah Hakodesh and not the pagan names and titles god aka gad aka g-d and jesus. The name is very important because it is the identity of someone, the name of our creator Yahuah = I was, I am, I will be and His son Yahusha = I AM (YAH) the redeemer (USHA)
